The Lyman Estate, "The Vale", was established in 1793 by Boston merchant Theodore Lyman. It consisted originally of the mansion, greenhouses, and 400 acres of grounds, gardens, woodlands, a deer park, and a working farm. One of the finest examples of a Federal period country estate in America, it was the Lyman family's summer residence for over 150 years. For more information visit their website.

Dana Giuliana, a professional wedding and portrait photographer in the Boston area, has witnessed more than a hundred different wedding ceremonies and receptions at various sites in eastern Massachsetts and Cape Cod. Often these wedding sites have very little photographs available on their websites, so Dana thought he should share his photo library with future brides and grooms while they plan their weddings.
